From start of production, our homes are typically built in our factory within 12 weeks. Transport and site installation takes approximately 1 week. With shorter approval pathways, you could have tenants or buyers within 4 months of your building permit approval – compared to 12-18 months for traditional builds. That's up to 14 months of additional revenue.
A Greater Home is delivered to site to 95% completion, with final connections and finishing touches completed on site. The standard inclusions are listed in our product brochure. Feel free to download for the full scope. Additions to our standard costs are: site preparation (if required), delivery, and installation. This is quoted when our team has completed a site review.
Absolutely. We offer a range of customisation options including colour schemes, finishes, and fixtures to match your project requirements. For larger developments, we can discuss bespoke design modifications to create a unique living experience that sets your development apart.
Our homes can be installed on most sites across Australia. You'll need adequate space for the home footprint plus access for delivery vehicles. We can advise on site preparation, foundations, and utility connection requirements during your consultation.
Once you sign your contract, the build price is locked in – no cost blowouts or hidden surprises. This allows you to budget with confidence, secure finance, and plan your investment accurately. Site costs are quoted separately and also provided upfront before you commit.
The Balance range includes the Balance 55 (1-bed, suits 2 occupants), Balance 60 (2-bed, suits 4 occupants), and Balance 85 (2-bed with larger living, suits 6 occupants). Mix and match sizes to suit your development needs and maximise returns across different tenant segments.
We deliver Australia-wide from our Tullamarine facility in Melbourne. Our homes are designed and built to suit all Australian climate zones, with 7-star energy ratings ensuring occupant comfort regardless of location – from coastal to alpine environments.
